When someone dials your number, the call enters our network and is presented as a SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) INVITE — the message that sets up a call and carries the number that was dialled. You receive that INVITE at your PBX (Private Branch Exchange, the phone system that routes calls inside a business), softswitch, softphone, or a plain forwarding destination. You choose how the call is delivered, and every method can name a configurable failover destination so a call still lands if the primary target is unreachable.

How a call reaches you
An inbound call to one of your numbers arrives as a SIP INVITE that carries the dialled number, and we hand it to wherever you want it answered.

PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) is the traditional worldwide phone network. Each connection method carries its own failover destination, so if the first target does not answer the INVITE the call routes to your backup instead of dropping.
Built for resilience
We operate local switches — points of presence (POPs), the sites where our network connects to the wider phone system — in Europe, Asia and LATAM. Routing prefers a nearby switch for lower-latency paths, and if a region is unavailable, traffic fails over to another, so calls keep moving.
Delivery is redundant and carrier-grade, with regional failover built into the routing rather than added on top. Because it all runs over SIP, it works with any SIP-capable system — FreeSWITCH, Asterisk, 3CX, FreePBX and standard softphones all connect the same way. One number can route to a whole team or to a single endpoint, and numbers are reachable across 100+ countries.
