Pricing questions
Is there a monthly fee?
There is no base subscription or platform fee. You pay per provisioned number as a monthly charge per DID, and per minute of usage on your routes, plus SIP channel capacity if you pick a flat or burst model. If you provision nothing and send no traffic, there is nothing to pay. No minimums, no lock-ins.
Why aren't all country rates public?
Per-country rates depend on the specific route and live inventory, so a single published table would be wrong as often as right. Anchor rates are public on this page; the full per-country matrix, live availability and your volume tier are shown in the portal, which is free to create and needs no commitment.
What does registration cost?
Creating an account is free. Registration opens the portal where you see the full per-country rate matrix, live number inventory and documentation requirements before you buy. There is no base subscription and nothing to cancel — you only pay when you provision a number or send traffic.
Are there activation fees?
Most numbers have no activation fee. Some countries and number types carry a one-time setup charge set by the local carrier, and where it applies it is shown against the number before you confirm the order — never added afterwards.
How do volume discounts work?
Rates step down with committed or sustained volume, applied at the route level. Your tier is reflected in the portal as your usage grows. For large or committed volumes and reseller terms, contact us and we will map rates to your traffic.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no lock-ins, no minimum terms and no cancellation fees. You can release a number or stop sending traffic whenever you like and billing stops with it. Numbers you have brought in can also be ported out.
